Hi, we are Todd and Luka Jensen! Born and raised in Minnesota, love the Midwestern summers, but dislike the cold winters! Which is why we started heading south to warmer pastures in the winter months. Todd kept thinking why don’t more people travel south in the winter, and so became snow2sunshine! We want you to have the opportunity to un-thaw and rejuvenate in the warm golden sunshine during the dark, cold, and snowy Midwestern winter months!
We reside in MN in the summer months and head to Arizona when the days become shorter and the thermometer starts dropping! We have two beautiful children Leonard “Lenny” and Ruthie Belle. Luka is a Registered Nurse but has taken on the role of stay at home mom since Lenny was born. Todd has worked in the window film industry for 20+ years with his father who started Sun Control of Minnesota. Todd and three high school friends became restaurateurs opening their first of five restaurants almost 12 years ago! We both have a passion for real estate, beautiful resorts, and sunshine and thought what better way to combine what we love while helping our fellow Midwesterners beat the winter blues! Looking forward to putting our Minnesota work ethic to work for you!
